An Inactive Status for Adorers

Every We Adore Him roster has adorers who are no longer adoring: the snowbird who spends the winter elsewhere, the student who graduated, the family that moved away.

Adorer accounts now have an Inactive status. Mark an adorer as Inactive when they have stepped away from adoration, whether temporarily or permanently. They are not included on the schedule, are not sent substitute invitations or bulk messages, receive no notifications, and don't count toward your billing plan. Their account, commitments, and history are all kept.

Best of all, their account becomes active again the moment they log in, or check in as a guest on the Adoration Check-In Kiosk, or text or call your We Adore Him phone number, and their commitment reappears on the schedule. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Inactive is the right choice for nearly every account you would otherwise block or delete. Mark an adorer as Blocked only when they should no longer be able to access your system.

If you use the adorer approval workflow, registrations waiting for your approval now have a status of their own: Pending Approval.

See adorer statuses for the details. God bless! ๐Ÿ™
