With intersecting commitment contact sharing enabled, We Adore Him shows each adorer the names and contact information of the adorers scheduled 1 hour before, during, and 1 hour after their commitment, right on their Dashboard page. When an adorer can't attend their commitment, the simplest solution is often to ask the adorers before and after them to cover their absence.
Now substitutes have that list too. When an adorer claims a substitute request, the one-time commitment on their Dashboard shows a View other adorers link listing the adorers actually scheduled around that date, other substitutes included.
The same goes for the prompt that appears when an adorer clicks Request Substitute. It lists the adorers who will be there on that specific date, each with their time that day.
Enable this feature with the Enable intersecting commitment contact sharing field at Admin » Settings » Miscellaneous.
