Many parishes offer adoration in more than one location. For example, adoration may be in the chapel most of the week and in the church on Sundays. As parishes merge, it is becoming more common every year.
We Adore Him now supports multiple locations on a single schedule, with one roster of adorers and substitutes. Each hour belongs to a location, which adorers see on the schedule and in their reminders.
Add each location at Admin » Settings » Schedule, with a short name, its address, and (if you like) its own door code. Then edit an hour and choose its Location, or assign a whole block of hours at once with the bulk edit tool.
Once you have two or more locations:
- Every hour on the Schedule, Calendar, and Dashboard pages shows its location.
- Commitment reminders and substitute invitations include the location.
- Each location's kiosk shows only its scheduled adorers.
- Paper check-in sheets print separately for each location.
- The Help page and the footer of your website list every location with a map link.
