Every chapel website in We Adore Him includes a Help page for adorers, the place they land when they have a question about signing up, changing an hour, or finding a substitute. We've given it a fresh redesign: a concise, mobile-friendly FAQ that gets adorers to the answer they need in seconds, in their own language.
The adorer Help page is different from our Help Center. The Help page lives on your chapel website for your adorers, while our Help Center is the documentation written for administrators and hourly captains.
The answers are grouped into the four things adorers do most:
- Adorer Account - logging in, signing up, resetting a password, updating contact info and notification preferences, and who can see their information.
- Adoration Commitments - signing up for an hour, changing or canceling a commitment, and reminders before their hour.
- Substitute Requests - requesting a substitute and becoming one.
- Attendance - how to check in at the chapel.
The new FAQ covers how to use the website, but your chapel may have its own policies and questions to share. Anything you put in your Sitewide Message also appears on the Help page, so it's a great spot for things like adoration protocols.
Adorers can reach the new page anytime from the Help link on your chapel website. We hope it makes the first steps a little easier for everyone you serve. ๐
