We Adore Him administrators can allow adorers to delete their adoration commitments or require them to contact an adoration coordinator to do so.
For example, some chapels require adorers to speak with an adoration coordinator before being removed from the schedule. The adoration coordinator can learn more, encourage the adorer, offer alternative solutions, etc.
Other chapels don't mind if adorers delete their commitments. The choice is yours!
Enable this feature with the Allow adorers to delete their commitments field at Admin » Settings » Schedule.
With this feature enabled:
- Adorers can delete their commitments.
- Adorers can delete single commitment dates.
- Adorers can include a note when deleting a commitment (or a single date), to be sent to administrators and captains with the Commitment is deleted admin notification enabled.
With this feature disabled:
- Only administrators and captains can delete commitments and single commitment dates.
