With the adorer approval workflow, new adorer accounts wait for an administrator or captain to activate them. Adorers you invite with your auto-approval code skip that step and can sign up for an hour right away.
Today, We Adore Him shows you who used that code, and which code it was:
- The New adorer registered, no approval needed admin notification names the code the adorer signed up with.
- The Admin » Adorers page has an Auto-approval code filter, and the search keyword approval=CODE finds everyone who used one particular code.
- An adorer's dashboard page shows the code next to the date they joined.
At Admin » Settings » Onboarding, you'll find two signup URLs: one for everyone, and one that bypasses approval. The same goes for the Signup QR Codes at Admin » Settings » QR Codes. Post the regular ones publicly, and share the bypass versions only with adorers you trust.
If your code ever travels further than you intended, change it on the Onboarding settings page, then search for the old code to review everyone who joined with it.
