In We Adore Him, a guest who checks in at the Adoration Check-In Kiosk can ask to learn more about making an adoration commitment or becoming a substitute. When they do, you receive an admin notification with their contact information, and the visit is logged at the Admin » Visits page.
Today, we added a shortcut that opens the New Adorer form with the guest's name, email, phone number, and language already filled in. You review the details and save. No retyping.
You can start from either of two places:
- The Guest adorer checked in admin notification email now includes a link that opens the prefilled New Adorer form.
- On the Admin » Visits page, the row menu for a guest visit offers a Create account action that does the same thing.
Once you save the new account, the original guest visit is automatically linked to that adorer.
