When you're expanding your We Adore Him schedule, you'd rather not open a new hour until you know someone will fill it. But adorers can't sign up for an hour that isn't open.
Hours can now be marked as coming soon. A coming-soon hour appears on your schedule in pale blue with a dashed border, and adorers can sign up for it just like an open hour, reserving their spot. Nothing else happens in the meantime: no reminders go out, and the hour stays off the Adoration Check-In Kiosk.
Hover over an hour on the Schedule or Calendar page and click Edit, then choose Coming soon under Availability. The schedule shows how many adorers each coming-soon hour still needs, so you can watch your recruiting progress toward opening it. These hours appear in the embed widget on your parish website, too.
When you're ready, edit the hour and set it to Open weekly or Open monthly. Every reservation becomes a live commitment right away, with reminders and the kiosk working as they do on any open hour, and a Message These Adorers button lets you share the good news with everyone who has been waiting.
