Every We Adore Him roster collects adorers that eventually stop participating: the student who graduated, the family that moved away, the person who signed up once and never came back.
To help better identify these adorers, we added an "inactive" adorer status. An adorer is inactive when they have no upcoming commitment, are not on your substitute list, and have neither attended adoration nor logged in during the past year.
Inactive is not a true status. Every account remains either Active or Blocked. Inactive simply describes what your records show, so an adorer can be Active (status) and "inactive" (behavior) at the same time.
You'll find the Inactive adorers list on Admin » Billing, and the count on Admin » Insights » Statistics, alongside your Active and Blocked counts.
