Kiosk Troubleshooting

How do we troubleshoot the kiosk?

If your Adoration Check-In Kiosk is not working correctly, here are some ideas to try out.

Most of the links below are for iPads (our recommended device). If you have another tablet, the steps should be similar.

Some of these steps require exiting Guided Access first: triple-click the Side or Home button and enter your Guided Access passcode. If you don't remember the passcode, check Admin » Settings » Attendance, where it may have been stored during setup.

If none of these steps resolve your issue, please contact us with the following information:

  • Type of tablet (e.g., iPad)
  • Tablet version (e.g., iPad Gen 11)
  • Operating system version (e.g., iPadOS 26, iOS 18.6, etc.)
  • A screenshot of any error shown on the kiosk debug page
