How do we troubleshoot the kiosk?
If your Adoration Check-In Kiosk is not working correctly, here are some ideas to try out.
Most of the links below are for iPads (our recommended device). If you have another tablet, the steps should be similar.
- Tap the We Adore Him logo at the top of the screen. Try this a few times.
- Toggle Airplane Mode on and off.
- Restart the device.
- Reset the browser cache.
- Reinstall the web app.
- Change the kiosk password at Admin » Settings » Attendance.
- Try logging in to kiosk.weadorehim.com in your device's browser.
- Try logging in to kiosk.weadorehim.com on another device.
- Reset the network settings.
- Reboot the network modem and router.
- Update the operating system.
- Connect the device to a computer and check for console errors (e.g., Safari Web Inspector).
- Factory reset the device.
