For most of the chapels using We Adore Him, there are some adorers who prefer to be contacted by audio phone call. Usually, this is because they do not have a mobile phone with text messaging or they do not use email.
In those cases, substitute requests and bulk messages come in as an actual phone call to their number.
But... what if they don't pick up and answer?
Today, we rolled out an enhancement. If an adorer calls your We Adore Him phone number from the phone it called, the system intelligently re-reads a substitute request to them (allowing them to accept or decline by pressing a number on their keypad) and allows them to hear that bulk message they missed if they happened to miss one.
It's all intuitive and just works... There's nothing more that you have to do on your end. 😊
