Your We Adore Him phone number carries commitment reminders, substitute invitations, and replies between your chapel and your adorers. Once in a while a number stops receiving them, and until now the usual way to find out was to message that person and hit an error.
Now a phone number that can't receive text messages appears in red with an alert icon wherever it's displayed. Hover over the icon to see what happened.
If the number is fine after all, perhaps a wrong number that has since been corrected, click Enable Text Messages and messages resume immediately. A blocked number offers Unblock instead. Adorers can do the same for their own number from their Dashboard.
To find everyone with a delivery problem, go to Admin » Adorers, click the Phone filter, and choose Has a suppressed phone number.
We also taught We Adore Him to recognize which delivery failures are only temporary, like a phone that was switched off, so a single missed message no longer sidelines an adorer you can still reach.
