Adorers cannot make an adoration commitment for hours when adoration is unavailable.
Today, we loosened this restriction so administrators and captains can add commitments to closed hours. This is useful when first populating your site and in other scenarios.
To create a commitment on behalf of an adorer, click on any future hour (open or closed).
We also added a New Commitment button on the hour popover, just in case you forget this trick.

And to create a visit, click on any past hour!
(This was already doable via the New Visit button on the hour popover.)

This feels much more intuitive—click on any future hour to create a commitment, and any past hour to create a visit.
