They might have requested a substitute, and another adorer claimed it.
Today, we improved the Schedule page to help with this scenario.
When hovering over a future hour having a substitution commitment, you'll see the name of the originally scheduled adorer.

P.P.S. It's also possible that the adorer's name is missing because they deleted their commitment date.
