The Embed Widget puts a condensed view of your adoration schedule on your parish website, so visitors can see which hours need adorers and sign up right there. Until now it showed only your ongoing needs.
It now includes open substitute requests, too. While the Substitute Finder is still looking for someone to cover an hour, that request appears on your parish website under a new Substitute Requests tab, each one with its own Sign Up button.
Every parish using the widget gets this automatically. And when nobody needs a substitute, the tabs don't appear at all.
Clicking Sign Up opens your calendar to that week and asks the visitor to confirm. Anyone who isn't signed in is invited to sign in or create an account first.
