Now, when an adorer receives a commitment reminder by text message, they can simply request a substitute by replying with: SUB
Here's what the conversation looks like:
- Received: Just reminding you of your St. Mary's Adoration Chapel adoration commitment for Today at 9am. Need a substitute? Respond "SUB".
- Sent: SUB
- Received: Okay, an adoration substitute was requested for Today at 9am! You are still responsible for this adoration hour until a sub is found.
And, of course, when a substitute is found, they'll get a follow-up message letting them know that. 👍
