On the Admin » Insights » Adorer Ratings tab, We Adore Him gives each adorer six adorer ratings, such as how often they keep their commitments, arrive on time, and answer substitute invitations. It's a quick way to find the right adorer to call in a pinch, or to notice who might welcome a friendly check-in.
The ratings now cover whichever dates you choose. Pick a Date range reaching as far back as a year to see how adorers did last month, over the summer, or across the whole year.
Check Show counts to see what each score rests on, such as of 12 dates or of 4 invitations. When there is nothing to score, such as an adorer who received no substitute invitations, the rating reads No data instead of 0%.
Several ratings are now more precise:
- Dutifulness, how often an adorer keeps their commitment rather than requesting a substitute, now counts each date once and leaves out generic substitute requests.
- Reliability, how often an adorer keeps their commitment rather than missing it, now leaves out dates a substitute covered.
- Perseverance, how often an adorer stays until their visit ends, now forgives leaving up to five minutes early and skips visits with no check-out.
- Responsiveness, how often an adorer answers substitute invitations, now counts an invitation as unanswered only if the substitute request expired without a reply.
Blocked adorers are left off the list, and the Export button now exports exactly the adorers and dates on your screen.
