Previously, we introduced the Needs button on the Schedule page, making it easy to see and share which hours need adorers. That view shows the most urgent needs—hours with no adorer signed up at all.
But what if an hour requires two or more adorers, and only one is committed? The urgent needs view wouldn't flag it, since someone is already signed up.
That's where the new Weekly Schedule: Full Coverage option comes in. It shows every recurring commitment needed to fully satisfy the minimum coverage for each open hour—not just the hours with zero adorers.
For example, if an hour requires a minimum of two adorers and only one is committed, the full coverage view will list the additional commitment still needed. This gives you the complete picture when recruiting adorers.
To use it, click Needs on the Schedule page and select Weekly Schedule: Full Coverage. Then copy and paste the list into your parish bulletin, email, or text message—just like before!
