The new Needs button on the Schedule page opens a summary of all hours that need adorers—formatted and ready to copy.
The Weekly Schedule view shows permanent needs—recurring hours that don't have enough adorers committed.
It's smart enough to distinguish between weekly, biweekly, and monthly needs. It even detects hours that will need coverage starting on a future date (when a commitment expires) or until a future date (when a new commitment begins).
The Substitute Requests view shows temporary needs—one-time hours where scheduled adorers have requested a substitute.
Click the Copy button and paste directly into an email, text message, or bulletin. No more scanning the schedule and typing out each hour manually!
