Many parishes open First Friday adoration that continues overnight into the Saturday after the 1st Friday. That has been a popular monthly option on the Make an Adoration Commitment form, alongside the other monthly frequencies we added in the past. Now we've made this kind of scheduling more flexible.
You can open an hour before or after another day's monthly occurrence. Just pick a day, choose before or after, and pick the week to anchor it to.
This is handy for monthly adoration that spans several days. A parish might begin its First Saturday devotion the Friday before the 1st Saturday, or run a First Friday vigil all the way from the Tuesday before the 1st Friday through the Saturday after the 1st Friday.
