The default amount of time between sending substitution request invitations is 15 minutes, but now you can configure this threshold yourself.
Go to Admin » Settings » Substitutes.
There, you can change the number of minutes to wait before sending out the next substitute invitation when a substitute is needed.

As time goes on, we'll be creating really smart defaults and giving you these advanced options to tweak, if you wish.
That way, you don't have to change a thing... unless you want to!
