The good news is that your entire We Adore Him website is optimized for mobile browsers, whether you are an administrator, captain, or a regular adorer. You can visit the website on your phone, save it as a "web app" on your home screen, and open it like an app.

To add a website to your home screen, open the website in your mobile browser and tap the Share button. Then, select Add to Home Screen (the exact wording may vary by browser). This works for iPhone and Android devices.
