If an adorer requests a sub for a time that is more than 1 week into the future, We Adore Him delays actively finding a substitute for that time until 1 week before that commitment.
However, you might want to go ahead and manually force We Adore Him to start going out and finding a substitute for a particular request.
So, we added a powerful "Start" button to these sub requests under Admin » Substitute Requests.
It looks like this:

Simply click that button, and We Adore Him will actively start searching for a substitute for that particular request.
And don't forget... all paused substitute requests still display under "Substitute Requests" on every adorer's dashboard and can be claimed at any time by any adorer viewing their dashboard. 😊
