In We Adore Him, the Schedule highlights hours that still need adorers so people can spot the gaps and commit to them first. Until now, an hour was treated as urgent once it needed two or more adorers.
Today, we added a new Urgent hour threshold setting that lets you define how many adorers an hour must still need before it counts as urgent. Set it to 3, for example, and only hours needing three or more adorers are highlighted, drawing attention to the slots that need it most.
The Urgent hour threshold appears in Admin » Settings » Schedule once you enable Highlight urgently needed hours.
Your threshold applies everywhere urgency is shown: the highlight on the Schedule and Calendar pages, the embeddable widget, the urgent view on your dashboard, and the printed schedule.
