Today, we added a new admin notification for when a "substitute request is claimed."
Actually, administrators and captains were already notified of this event, but less intuitively.
Because—when an adorer claims a substitute request, a one-time substitution commitment is added to their account. Previously, this would trigger the "commitment is made" notification.
However, it was easy to miss that this event resulted from a substitute request being claimed.
This new notification feels better because it communicates that an outstanding substitute request is now resolved. Rest easy knowing that We Adore Him found a substitute for you!
